Concept AV had the privilege of being selected to deliver the audio visual systems designed by consultants Konnectus for Accor Hotels new office space in the heart of Sydney. Tasked with elevating their corporate environment to new heights of functionality and sophistication, our team meticulously delivered a series of meeting rooms ranging from 4-person to 7-person capacity, as well as a brand new 20-person boardroom, multipurpose open area, and the atelier, a custom designed immersive interactive collaboration space.   Meeting Rooms The intuitive meeting room systems were designed with the objective of fostering enhanced collaboration and communication across their global operations and this was achieved through a Yealink video conferencing solution. The Yealink conferencing bars and room booking panels were directly connected to the Accor IT network and the setup enabled the flexibility of Microsoft teams as the default, or BYOD with wired and wireless screen sharing options from portable devices.   Multipurpose Open Area The intended uses of the multipurpose open area included large group presentations, formal and informal events, as well as video conferencing, digital signage, and free view television viewing. After over two decades of installing and working with LG electronics products, it was a great honour for Concept AV to be selected to handle the installation of the AV systems for their move to a new head office and showroom in Parramatta. As expected, this fit-out was centred around LG technology solutions which enabled the Concept AV team to get their hands on some less commonly specified products and further enhance their skill set and understanding of the market solutions available. In addition to reusing existing equipment from their previous site, LG elected to supply the display equipment for installation by Concept AV. Effective project management was thus critical to ensure that deliveries were coordinated with LG in line with the project timelines.   As a global organisation, connectivity and collaborative technology were paramount to enable seamless communication across the diverse geographic locations, assisting in real-time data sharing, decision-making, and enhanced innovation through integrated teamwork. The SafetyCulture project is a success story for collaboration, design, and integration. It exemplified the capacity for work culture to be driven by unique spaces that allow for user friendly, adaptable systems. The unique nature of this deployment is attributed to its design, just as much as its purpose for being built.   With the Covid pandemic cementing the agreeability of people working from home, SafetyCulture were forced to examine their work environment and culture, spurring an innovative new attitude towards workspaces and the possibility of the deadly combination; playful and productive.   Enter Concept AV. After being awarded the tender, Concept AV’s sales and design team liased with SafetyCulture, the architect (Hammond Studio), Set Design Architect (Alfred), and builder (MPA), acting as the audio visual consultant. Upon first consultation with SafetyCulture, the impetus of the project was the creation of dynamic exciting spaces with practice operation features that benefit productivity, connectivity, and engagement on the return from remote working. Complete with sweeping panoramic views of Sydney, EssilorLuxottica’s new ANZ headquarters is a true reflection of the global eyewear giant’s Italian DNA. Sophisticated, Sleek and stylish, this 3-level fit-out in North Sydney was designed in collaboration with the team in the Milan HQ, and features luxurious meeting rooms, a high-end showroom and open plan office setting.   Meeting Rooms With global communications at the forefront of this organisation, Concept AV’s audio visual technology solutions were fundamental to the successful delivery of this project. Meeting room sizes ranged from small 6P to 12P capacity and the systems varied as per the size requirement. For the smaller rooms, Luxottica opted for a compact Logitech rally bar system, controlled via a Logitech TAP touch panel. Logitech mic pods were mounted in the centre of the tables to enable audio pickup, and content was displayed on a 55’’ Samsung display. For the larger 8p and 12p meeting rooms, the Yealink MVC800 II Microsoft Teams System was the video conferencing infrastructure of choice. This bundle solution included a Yealink soundbar, PC, touch panel, table microphones and PTZ camera. Built in 1920, the Hayesbury once operated as a two-building warehouse for ladies hat manufacturer R.C. Henderson. In 2020, Intermain were tasked with the refurbishment and transformation of this space into the new Goodman Group headquarters in Rosebery. Ensuring that the new fitout maintained the industrial history of the area, whilst providing a modern tech-savvy workplace, Concept AV were contracted to design & construct an array of audio-visual solutions into this impressive space.   Boardroom The new boardroom at Goodman is an undeniably cutting-edge space, with an impressive AV system to go with it. With an eye-catching 110’’ NEC LED Screen, this boardroom can serve as both a function and large meeting video conferencing room. This space’s unified communications system utilises a Polycom G7500 video conferencing system, with an Eagle Eye camera housed below the screen at the front of the room. Rather than a table microphone, 2 x Shure MXA910 Ceiling Array microphones were installed, providing a clutter free microphone solution. In late 2020, Concept AV were selected by leading insurance company QBE to deliver the audio visual systems designed by AV Consultants Konnectus for both the Parramatta & Sydney Package.   These two projects were originally offered as individual packages, however, following and interview with the client representatives, the respective builders, and consultant, it was established that Concept AV were capable of delivering both packages concurrently. Although two different project teams were deployed to achieve the tight turnaround, Concept AV demonstrated their ability to coordinate multiple sites and delivery quality, and consistent cutting-edge audio visual systems within the project timeframe. Concept AV have also gone on to complete additional works in Newcastle and the additional levels at the Sydney location, and provide service support as required.   Concept AV fitted out 310 spaces across 9 and 7 floors respectively. These spaces included multiple meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 4p to 16p, several large combinable training spaces, open huddle spaces, digital signage, and 3-panel Samsung video wall in the reception area.   The Poly Breakdown Poly’s line of HD video conferencing infrastructure for Microsoft teams was a central component of this fit-out, providing a means for collaboration irrespective of the room size.   For the smaller 4-6p meeting spaces,...

French multinational advertising and public relations agency Publicis Groupe required a full AV fit out of their new multi-level Sydney Headquarters. Concept AV were contracted to deliver a variety of AV systems throughout the building, including numerous meeting rooms, pitch rooms and video conferencing spaces.   Pitch Rooms With pitches a core business activity for an advertising and public relations agency, ensuring that the presentation technology was state-of-the-art was a key requirement for this project. In these spaces, Concept AV installed an Epson projector with a 110’’ projection screen. This visual solution was further supported by the installation of an 85’’ Samsung LED display screen.   Video Wall In the reception area of Publicis’ Sydney Headquarters, guests are greeted with an impressive, cutting-edge 18 Cabinet Samsung LED Video Wall. These tiles which have a pixel pitch of 2.5mm are made up of the industries highest quality LED diodes, and are a cost-efficient solution with impressive picture quality.   Meeting Rooms Across the project, Concept AV fitted out over 30 meeting rooms of varying sizes ranging in 4-person capacity to 16-person.  Ensuring that the appropriate AV system, relative to space purpose and size was fundamental in this project. Concept AV have been working closely with WeWork since 2019, providing audio-visual solutions across their Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane shared office spaces. In addition to the installation, through Concept AV’s dedicated service department, Concept Care, Concept AV provide Tier 2 & 3 Maintenance Support.   When delivering solutions for WeWork, Concept AV are tasked with creating a distinctly modern and technological environment that facilitates user productivity in the spaces. Concept AV have worked closely with builders SHAPE Australia and consultants Audio Systems Logic to deliver over 90 private offices, meeting rooms, and open community areas across 5 sites.   These sites located in York St, Castlereagh St, George St, Sussex St, and Miller St, each featured between 10-20 rooms, and event spaces with the capacity to hold over 300 people.   Key components of the systems included video conferencing equipment, background music systems, touch and wireless control panels, and digital sound processors.   Given the adhoc nature of these spaces, BYOD systems were designed for optimal ease of use for a number of activities. In 2019, Concept AV went above and beyond to deliver cutting edge conferencing solutions for multinational technology company IBM. This project included the fit-out of multiple AV systems in Meeting Rooms, the Boardroom, and general office spaces across 5 levels.   Meeting Rooms and Boardroom Highlights This project included over 60 spaces containing Cisco Webex conferencing solutions. The meeting rooms in the project ranged in capacity from 4 people to 6 people, and all featured a 55’’ Ultra High Definition professional NEC display, controlled via a Cisco Touch 10 Touch Panel. There were 6 larger spaces, including the main boardroom where the NEC displays were replaced with impressive 70’’ or 85’’ Webex Boards. Concept AV integrated a dual 70’’ Webex Board in the Boardroom, the first in the region for IBM.   Linkable Space On Level 17, the project scope included a linkable space involving 4 different rooms which could be combined into one. From a visual perspective, 3 x 75’’ and 4 x 98’’ NEC Displays were integrated.
