About This Project

As a global assurance, consulting, strategy and transactions, and tax service company, Ernst & Young (EY) is dedicated to the improvement of organisations. Embracing leading and emerging technologies to drive the future of organisations with collaboration is fundamental in achieving this.

EY Wavespace is a purpose-built facility that brings together technology, design, and business. Supporting the exploration, design and testing of new ideas, EY’s global network of Wavespace centres are made up of distinct environments including showcase areas, data labs, workshop spaces and design spaces.

Prior to the global success of EY Wavespace centres however, Concept AV were tasked in collaboration with AV consultants Konnectus to deliver the audio visual solutions for the Sydney Wavespace, the leading flagship for EY in the world.

Showcase Video Wall

The most captivating and innovative feature of this full AV fitout is the showcase presentation space rotating video wall. Originally designed to mask the existing pillars in the space, Concept AV integrated a Planar LCD Video Wall. This creative visual solution allows for two presentation zones which can operate simultaneously, or alternatively one larger immersive free flowing area.

Benne Wall

A Benne Wall is essentially a digital integration whiteboard that provides greater flexibility and collaboration.  Utilising a collaborative software, short throw interactive projectors, a whiteboard and projection film, the Benne wall is an effective tool that elevates group brainstorming by allowing up to seven people to write and draw on the projection surface with digital pens. Concept AV integrated two of these as part of the EY Wavespace project including one in the Showcase space, as well as Design Studio.
