Complete with sweeping panoramic views of Sydney, EssilorLuxottica’s new ANZ headquarters is a true reflection of the global eyewear giant’s Italian DNA. Sophisticated, Sleek and stylish, this 3-level fit-out in North Sydney was designed in collaboration with the team in the Milan HQ, and features luxurious meeting rooms, a high-end showroom and open plan office setting.

Meeting Rooms

With global communications at the forefront of this organisation, Concept AV’s audio visual technology solutions were fundamental to the successful delivery of this project. Meeting room sizes ranged from small 6P to 12P capacity and the systems varied as per the size requirement. For the smaller rooms, Luxottica opted for a compact Logitech rally bar system, controlled via a Logitech TAP touch panel. Logitech mic pods were mounted in the centre of the tables to enable audio pickup, and content was displayed on a 55’’ Samsung display. For the larger 8p and 12p meeting rooms, the Yealink MVC800 II Microsoft Teams System was the video conferencing infrastructure of choice. This bundle solution included a Yealink soundbar, PC, touch panel, table microphones and PTZ camera. As per Australian standards, a Williams Sound infrared hearing augmentation system was also integrated.

Crestron 10’’ room booking panels feature outside each of the rooms, enabling employees to accurately check room availability throughout the day.

Breakout Areas

Providing employees the perfect chance to truly step away from their work on their breaks, the kitchen and breakout areas on each level feature a PS5 gaming console and setup with a 65’’ LG display, and Sonos ARC soundbar with Sub 3 Gen subwoofer.

Showroom

Level 36 of the fit-out houses the dedicated client showroom. Intended to be operated as both a display area of the different eyewear available, as well as a function area, this area has a sophisticated QSC sound system with 14 AC-C4T ceiling mounted speakers distributed across the space. Digital signage screens are also mounted and integrated around the design to display branded digital promotional material.
