Concept AV had the privilege of being selected to deliver the audio visual systems designed by consultants Konnectus for Accor Hotels new office space in the heart of Sydney. Tasked with elevating their corporate environment to new heights of functionality and sophistication, our team meticulously delivered a series of meeting rooms ranging from 4-person to 7-person capacity, as well as a brand new 20-person boardroom, multipurpose open area, and the atelier, a custom designed immersive interactive collaboration space.

Meeting Rooms

The intuitive meeting room systems were designed with the objective of fostering enhanced collaboration and communication across their global operations and this was achieved through a Yealink video conferencing solution. The Yealink conferencing bars and room booking panels were directly connected to the Accor IT network and the setup enabled the flexibility of Microsoft teams as the default, or BYOD with wired and wireless screen sharing options from portable devices.

Multipurpose Open Area

The intended uses of the multipurpose open area included large group presentations, formal and informal events, as well as video conferencing, digital signage, and free view television viewing. The audio visual solution enables switching of the inputs and functionalities via the Yealink touch panel. The utilization of Extron control in conjunction with the Yealink room control feature on the touch panel, enables custom programming to allow for mode selection, wireless microphone, camera control and BGM control.

Atelier Room

The Atelier Room goes beyond that of a traditional meeting room and has been crafted as an immersive space for creative collaboration and ideation between internal teams, as well as an engaging facility for client presentations. Comprised of 3 x 86’’ Touch Interactive Commbox Screens, this large digital canvas on the built-out angled walls in the space enables different content to be displayed both wired and wirelessly, and individuals can digitally annotate and use it as a whiteboard with its touch interactivity. Complete with flush mounted Extron 6.5’’ in-ceiling speakers, a holistic audio visual experience that leaves a lasting impression is achieved.
