From smaller meeting rooms through to a 20-person boardroom and multipurpose environments, the workplace required technology appropriate to the purpose and experience of each space.
Meeting spaces were designed to support communication across Accor’s wider operations, giving teams straightforward access to Microsoft Teams, along with flexible wired and wireless content sharing.
Accor’s multipurpose area needed to move between presentations, events, video conferencing, digital signage and television without being restricted to a single use.
The Atelier was created as an immersive environment for creative collaboration, internal ideation and client presentations, offering a very different experience from a conventional boardroom.
Large interactive displays give teams a digital canvas where they can share different content, annotate ideas and use the screens as digital whiteboards during collaborative sessions.
Rather than applying the same setup across every room, the project demonstrates how workplace technology can be tailored around the purpose of each environment while creating a consistent experience across the wider office.
