- Priority 4-hour or Next Day call out option
- Help desk support and remote troubleshooting
- On-site preventative maintenance service calls scheduled throughout the year

- Recommended critical spares list, specific to your installation(s)
- Access to discounts on critical spares
All projects will be provided with an Operation and Maintenance Manual at handover. Concept AV is pleased to offer an additional service of training videos. These videos will be accessible by clients to inform users on how to operate their new AV systems and act as a reference point for any queries.
