Location: Sydney Scope: At Concept AV, we pride ourselves on our ability to develop long-lasting relationships with clients. Over the years we have had the pleasure to work with several high profile organisations, and in 2020 we welcomed a leading global pharma group to our Concept AV family as their preferred AV supplier.   In this project, the Concept AV team delivered a carefully designed AV upgrade for a combinable teaching and video conferencing space. This system which can now operate as 2 separate spaces, or 1 large space will be utilised by distinguished professionals within the Pharma industry and host multiple panels and important discussions.   Given the ongoing Covid19 pandemic, the reliability of this technology and the video conferencing equipment is critical for a global corporation where connectivity remains essential despite the closure of borders.   Visual Solutions In our design, we included 2 x QSC PTZ Cameras in each zone, a total of 4 when in combinable mode. Location: Sydney Scope: Concept AV were responsible for the full AV fit-out of the new purpose-built Arts Precinct at Macquarie University. Designed to promote the faculty’s strength, collaborative and creative work, the new precinct includes a number of spaces that both showcases works and is the academic core of the faculty. Such spaces include a History Museum, Digital Lab, Collaborative spaces, recording studios, and flexible spaces for events such as conferences and seminars.   Museum The Macquarie University History museum was designed to bring together ancient and modern collections that are relevant and interlinked with research and learning curriculums within the university. Including both fixed and flexible exhibition spaces, this space featured a variety of AV equipment.   Most notably, Concept AV installed two Samsung 55’’ Interactive Table Touch Displays. These displays have advanced capacitive touch technology that enables up to 10 different touch points simultaneously. Further to these table touch displays, six ELO 15.6’’ Interactive Displays were mounted on short pole mounts within custom joinery.   From an audio perspective, this space houses an extensive background audio system. Location: Sydney Scope: The UTS Central building is the epitome of a sophisticated, state-of-the-art learning facility. Designed to support active and collaborative learning activities across several faculties including Law and FEIT, the UTS Central building is home to a range of modern technologies. Concept AV were contracted for the fit-out of all 17 levels of this award-winning building.   The Moot Court and Law Faculty The new Moot Court and other trial courts in UTS Central have been purposely built to reflect and simulate the real-world Australian Courts. The inclusion of modern technologies found in the NSW Supreme, District, and Local Courts is a key distinguishing feature of this facility. Concept AV fitted out these spaces with inbuilt AV systems, including video link-up capabilities to enable remote witness testimonies. Within the law faculty section of the building, Concept AV also installed the audio-visual and video conferencing system in the new 30 seat boardroom for the faculty of law.   Collaborative Classrooms, Teaching Labs and FEIT  The UTS Central building is also home to three unique large collaborative classrooms. These spaces which have a 350 seat capacity have been designed to have no obvious front, which is clearly reflected in the extensive use of audio-visual equipment throughout the space. Concept...

Location: Sydney Scope: In 2019, Concept AV went above and beyond to deliver cutting edge conferencing solutions for multinational technology company IBM. This project included the fit-out of multiple AV systems in Meeting Rooms, the Boardroom, and general office spaces across 5 levels.   Meeting Rooms and Boardroom Highlights This project included over 60 spaces containing Cisco Webex conferencing solutions. The meeting rooms in the project ranged in capacity from 4 people to 6 people, and all featured a 55’’ Ultra High Definition professional NEC display, controlled via a Cisco Touch 10 Touch Panel.   There were 6 larger spaces, including the main boardroom where the NEC displays were replaced with impressive 70’’ or 85’’ Webex Boards. Concept AV integrated a dual 70’’ Webex Board in the Boardroom, the first in the region for IBM.   Linkable Space On Level 17, the project scope included a linkable space involving 4 different rooms which could be combined into. From a visual perspective, 3 x 75’’ and 4 x 98’’ NEC Displays were integrated. Location: Sydney Scope: Hilti’s Sydney office space was previously constrained by individual offices. In need of a more collaborative, open area, this project saw Concept AV install a number of audio visual solutions for their new layout.   Concept AV integrated sit-to-standing workstations and technology to enable Hilti employees the flexibility to quickly change their workstations use at the click of a few buttons.   A boardroom with a Cisco video conferencing system, and multiple meeting spaces were also fitted out, facilitating areas for employees to sit down and have important lengthy discussions. Location: Sydney Scope: The University of Sydney Faculty of Arts and Science (FASS) was established in 1852 and has since become recognised as one of the world’s leading university faculties for Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences, ranking in the top 30 since 2017. In a 21st Century world that is technologically driven, it was imperative that the University of Sydney’s FASS learning environment was contemporary and reflective of current trends. Concept AV were therefore contracted in 2018 by the university to integrate state-of-the-art audio visual systems in the new FASS building. This 6-storey sustainably designed building saw Concept AV fit-out a Research Centre, Lecture Theatres, General Teaching Spaces, Meeting Rooms, and open workstations.   Lecture Theatre The FASS building has 2 lecture theatres, designed to address large cohorts within the faculty. The GTS Theatre, the largest space in the building, was fitted out with two 12,000 Lumen Panasonic Projectors and ­­­225’’ motorized projection screens. In addition to these large presentation points, a Sharp 80’’ Flat Panel Interactive Display was installed, facilitating collaboration between the lecturer and students. Location: Sydney Scope: For an innovative space that allowed for open communication, Jaguar and Land Rover Australia turned to Concept AV to integrate showrooms, a technical training facility, and teaching and collaborative spaces across three levels. Concept AV helped create a sophisticated office space, ultimately making it easier for Jaguar and Land Rover employees to share ideas regarding the development of class-leading vehicles.   Video Conferencing Systems As part of this project, a number of spaces required a video conferencing system. Given the size of the space, Concept AV integrated several Logitech 960-001054 Conferencing Systems. This system is specifically designed for medium to large-sized meeting rooms and has an audio pick up capability of up to 20 room participants. With USB connectivity and a 10x optical zoom PTZ camera, this system is easy to use and perfect for collaborative meetings.   Other Highlights As this project included both showrooms as well as meeting spaces, ensuring that a visually appealing, high tech experience welcomed potential clients was a requirement. Concept AV installed 2 x 84’’ Motorised Projection Screens and projectors. Location: Sydney, NSW Scope: Concept AV were contracted to install an array of cutting-edge technology in the iCare Medical Suites in Sydney. These spaces, designed by consultant Konnectus, included a refresh station, lung functioning room, consulting rooms, waiting areas, and a reception desk.     Project highlights include a background audio system with JBL speakers throughout the entire level, and an LED video wall in the reception area.
